Not only that, the small menu screen allows M&M to customise its dashboard to include other key brand or product information for customers who are interested to find out more. For instance, M&M provides a tab which shows a selection of new or limited-edition products available in store. Once customers select a particular product, KettyBot will then navigate the customer to the product shelf - a fantastic way to enhance customer's in-store experience.
